Alan Papernick - a brief story of his legal career

Alan Papernick - Graduated University of Pittsburgh in 1959 with B. A & Duquesne University Law School in 1962 in top 10% of class.

Practiced as an attorney for 53 years and started the law firm of Papernick & Gefsky in 1969 with offices in Monroeville and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Pennsylvania.

In addition Alan Papernick has been recognized by his peers for over 20 consecutive years for selection in The Best Lawyers In America an honor accorded to less than 2% of lawyers nationwide. 

The same publication has honored his son making them one of the few father-son accorded that distinction. Alan Papernick has lectured throughout Pennsylvania on numerous legal subjects. For a number of years he served as the host of the radio program "know the law" on Pittsburgh radio station WTAE.

Among numerous clients Alan Papernick represents is The Stadium Authority of the City of Pittsburgh and was instrumental in assembling the land for the construction of PNC Park where the Pittsburgh Pirates play baseball.

In addition Alan Papernick helped the Sports & Exhibition Authority acquire the land for the 
construction of The Convention Center.
